Vehicle damaged in shooting in Dover, police investigating

DOVER, Delaware – An investigation is ongoing after a shooting that damaged a vehicle in Dover Sunday evening.

Just before 6:30 p.m., Dover Police officers responded to the area of ​​South Kirkwood Street and West Division Street and made contact with a 16-year-old and a 17-year-old male. It turns out the victims were in a vehicle on South Kirkwood Street when they were approached by a man who allegedly shot at the vehicle and then fled.

No injuries were reported. There are currently no indications.
