Rizzitello, who was arrested on July 3 for sexually abusing a student in April and May 2024, is accused of having a sexual relationship with a student in 2017, Santiago said.

Investigators say Rizzitello performed various sexual acts with the second victim on multiple occasions in Brick, he said.

Charges have been filed in both Brick Township and Wall Township, Santiago said.

Rizzitello, who quit her teaching job earlier this year, is accused of asking the first student to delete text message conversations between them and nude photos she had sent, according to the affidavit accompanying the allegations.
