Five were arrested after the shooting of an 18-year-old in Blytheville

BLYTHEVILLE, Arkansas – Five men have been arrested for an April shooting in Blytheville, Arkansas that left one man dead.

After a thorough investigation, the Blytheville Police Department, with assistance from the Hayti Police Department (Missouri), Caruthersville Police Department (Missouri), Pemiscot County Sheriff’s Office (Missouri), O’Fallon Police Department (Missouri), and the US Marshal’s Service, identified the suspect and five suspects arrested:

Blytheville police said officers responded to the shooting of a man on April 21 in the 100 block of S. Division St. There they found a man, 18-year-old Kohnali Hunt, with gunshot wounds.

Hunt was taken to Great River Medical Center before being transferred to Regional One in Memphis, where he later died, police said.

Blytheville police said they are continuing their investigation and there is a possibility of additional arrests.
