Teenager arrested after stabbing in Fort Edward

FORT EDWARD, NY (NEWS10) — The Washington County Sheriff’s Office has reported the arrest of a juvenile. The 16-year-old boy was arrested following a stabbing attack on Broadway in Fort Edward.

The teen’s name is not being released due to his age. He is alleged to have stabbed another 16-year-old, who police say suffered multiple stab wounds and a punctured lung.

The victim is in stable condition. The suspect was arraigned in Washington County Juvenile Court and released to his parents while being supervised by the Washington County Probation and Corrections Department.
