Buffalo Adventures begins at Buffalo Ridge, Middleton | In today’s daily sun | Daily Sun Villages

For the second day of Buffalo Adventures summer camp on Tuesday, the morning was dedicated to a dance party.

On the Buffalo Ridge campus, “Scooter the DJ” had about 200 students, ranging from those entering freshmen in the fall to sixth graders dancing.

“Freeze everyone,” Scooter told the students as they danced to a Taylor Swift song. “When I start the song again, I want everyone to dance like ninjas!” Let’s do it!”

The song started again and many of the kids did their best ninja poses, while a few started an impromptu conga line.

“It’s so much fun,” said Ben Sarka, a fourth-grader at Villages Charter School. “Dance parties are the rule!” »
