One arrested after chase through Mishawaka – 95.3 MNC

A suspect is in custody after a chase.

Mishawaka police spotted a stolen Michigan car on McKinley Avenue on Thursday morning, June 13, and attempted to stop it, but the suspected driver sped away.

The pursuit ended at the Mishawaka-South Bend border, where the car crashed into a yard … but then, police say, the suspect fled toward Morris Park Country Club.

Despite attempting to escape on foot, the suspect was arrested.

Paramedics examined the suspect for possible injuries before transporting him to prison.
