Kentucky man charged with sexual abuse of a minor

FRANKFORT, Kentucky (FOX 56) – A Kentucky man has been charged after being accused of sexually abusing a minor.

Attorney General Russell Coleman announced in a press release that 69-year-old Keith R. Farrell of Webster County has been charged with sexual abuse of a minor.

The press release said a Webster County grand jury had indicted Farrell on first-degree sexual abuse of a minor under the age of 16 whom he groped.

The investigation is being continued by the Kentucky State Police.
