Lyons woman charged after accident in Seneca County – Finger Lakes Daily News

An accident in Seneca County led to the arrest of a Lyons woman.

Samantha Fitzgerald’s arrest stems from a property damage accident in which she allegedly backed into a ditch, causing minor damage. After an initial police investigation, 38-year-old Fitzgerald was arrested for drunk driving. No one was injured in the incident.

Fitzgerald is scheduled to appear in Waterloo Municipal Court in July to answer the charges.
