Man arrested after Tampa car crash that left woman dead and man injured

An arrest has been made following a crash in Tampa that left a woman in her 60s dead and a man in his 70s injured. The crash occurred at the intersection of North Dale Mabry Highway and West South Avenue at around 10:25 a.m. According to the Tampa Police Department (TPD), 22-year-old Andy Moya Robaina was driving a 2011 BMW along with another dark-colored vehicle at a high rate of speed. Witnesses told police that the two cars appeared to be racing.
