New footage shows a British man pacing outside a house 20 minutes before the horrific knife attack on Monday. Taylor Swift Themed dance class – a house that was searched by police after the massacre.

Three children were killed in the attack and five other children are in critical condition. Two adults are also in critical condition.

The identity of the suspected attacker, who was arrested, has not been released, but it appears he is a 17-year-old. The suspect was born in Cardiff, Wales, and moved to the Southport area in 2013.
