Atlanta police investigators are looking for two burglars who entered the Onyx strip club through the ceiling and left with $250,000, all without ever setting off an alarm.

The incident happened around 4:16 a.m. May 6 at the club on Cheshire Bridge Road, according to the APD report.

Preliminary investigation indicates two suspects wearing ski masks and gloves entered Onyx through the ceiling. Once inside, the suspects crawled to the safes – apparently to avoid setting off an alarm – and spent two hours breaking into them.

The suspects appear to have used power tools to break open the safes and steal approximately $250,000 in cash. The suspects also moved several vending machines, placing them face down on the ground, but the machines were not broken into and suffered no damage.

APD said the investigation remains active and ongoing.
