Seneca Falls man arrested for drunk driving – Finger Lakes Daily News

A report of a man found unconscious behind the wheel of his car Friday night led to the arrest of a Seneca Falls man.

An investigation revealed that Arthur Smith had been driving while intoxicated. Smith was charged with drink driving, as he had already been convicted of drink driving once within the last ten years.

Smith, 58, was taken to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
