Ocean Lakes security told police that a woman may have fired several shots and pointed a gun at people at the campground, the report said. Four witnesses said the woman came out of her house and pointed a gun at them “because she thought they had taken her dog,” the report said. A fifth witness said she pointed a gun at him when she went back inside.

Officers surrounded the house because the woman was carrying a weapon when she entered the house, the report said. A special operations team was called in to help.
