31-year-old Buffalo man rushed to ECMC after shooting

BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Buffalo man was rushed to Erie County Medical Center following a shooting overnight.

Police were called around 4 a.m. Thursday to the 1400 block of East Delavan Avenue, east of Bailey Avenue, where a man was shot while standing outside, a Buffalo Police Department spokesperson said.

The 31-year-old man was transported to ECMC, where he underwent surgery.
