Authorities respond to incident on northwest side

Active scene is in the 4400 block of Gardendale Road near Wurzbach and Fredericksburg Roads

SAN ANTONIO – Authorities are responding to an incident on the Northwest Side Wednesday afternoon.

The incident occurred shortly after 2:30 p.m. in the 4400 block of Gardendale Road, off Wurzbach and Fredericksburg Road near the Medical Center.
