Shahi Sigdi: Shahi Sigdi’s license has been suspended

Gandhinagar: Following an inspection on May 31, the Food Safety Officer of Gandhinagar Municipal Corporation cancelled the license of Shahi Sigdi restaurant on PDPU Road. During the inspection, around 15 kg of unhygienically prepared food, including chicken biryani and tandoori chicken, was found and subsequently destroyed. The restaurant was issued a notice giving it 14 days to comply. However, the restaurant failed to comply with the notice, prompting the Food Safety Officer to cancel the license on Thursday.
