Dayton sex offender receives 4-6 years after second conviction for depicting child abuse

The judge also classified King as a Level III sex offender, the highest level, and requires him to register his address with the local sheriff’s office every 90 days for the rest of his life.

King was sentenced to six months in prison and up to five years probation in June 2022 after pleading guilty to possession of child sexual abuse material. He was also classified as a Tier II sex offender, requiring him to register his address every six months for 25 years.

In this case, he was charged in February 2022 with seven counts of facilitating obscenity involving minors (creating, reproducing, publishing) and twelve counts of illegally using minors in material or performances containing nudity.
