Missing Sherwood teenager found safe and sound, Arkansas State Police say

PULASKI COUNTY, Arkansas – A teenager reported missing from Pulaski County late Wednesday night has been found safe and sound, state police said.

Arkansas State Police officials reported Friday morning that the 17-year-old had been found and was not in danger.

The teenager’s parents said the 17-year-old was on his way home.

The 17-year-old was first reported missing to Sherwood police late Wednesday. Shortly before midnight, the teenager’s vehicle was found unlocked with keys and phone inside.

Authorities have not provided further details about the reasons for the teenager’s disappearance.

ASP officials said further questions about the case should be directed to Sherwood police.
