Government work, number coding system suspended

Manila, Philippines – Malacanang suspended work in government offices and classes at all levels in the National Capital Region (NCR) for the rest of the day on Tuesday due to inclement weather.

Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin issued Circular 57 ordering the suspension to ensure the safety of the public amid persistent rains due to the southwest monsoon and Typhoon Carina.
