Man ‘intentionally’ left dog in hot car in Cary, police say

On Tuesday, police charged a man who left a dog in a hot car in Cary.

According to a Cary Police arrest warrant, 55-year-old Paul Fisher III intentionally put a dog in a hot car and left it there.
