Penn Yan man arrested after alleged domestic incident – ​​Finger Lakes Daily News

A domestic dispute in Penn Yan Village led to the arrest of a 26-year-old resident.

It is alleged that Conner Subeh unintentionally physically attacked another villager in the presence of two children. According to police, during the altercation, Subeh took the victim’s cell phone so that he could not call 9-1-1 and locked the person in a room.

Subeh was charged with harassment, criminal damage, false imprisonment and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

According to police, Subeh was later taken to the Yates County Jail to await arraignment for the purpose of a protection order.
