1 person killed in accident at former Yellow Freight location in Montgomery

One person was killed in an accident Thursday morning at the former Yellow Freight site in Maybrook on Homestead Avenue, according to state police.

According to authorities, the victim died at the scene. They would not confirm how the person was killed.

A source told News 12 that workers on site are picking up tractor-trailers that were recently purchased at an auction.

According to state police, the incident is under investigation.
