20-year-old arrested for rape

MINNEHAHA COUNTY, SD – Authorities have arrested a Pennington County rape suspect in Minnehaha County.

According to court documents, 20-year-old Jesse Mills Kills In Water is accused of rape and sexual contact with a child under 16 years old.

He was booked into the Minnehaha County Jail last night.
