A few days after the attack on a woman, police confiscated two “unregistered” XL bully dogs.

The woman and a dog were attacked by two dogs in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, on Saturday, police said.

Cambridgeshire Police said officers executed an arrest warrant in St Neots on Tuesday.

In a Facebook post, police announced that two unregistered XL bully dogs had been confiscated.

There are now strict regulations in Great Britain regarding the keeping of XL bully dogs.

Cambridgeshire Police said the animals must be muzzled and kept on a leash in public.

“Our officers have executed an arrest warrant in St Neots following an incident on Saturday in which a woman and a young dog were attacked by two dogs in Cromwell Road,” Cambridgeshire Police said in a Facebook post on Tuesday.

“Today the two XL bully dogs, which are not registered, were confiscated.”

In February, a 68-year-old woman died after being attacked by large bully dogs in Jaywick, near Clacton-on-Sea in Essex.

A man was arrested and released on bail pending the outcome of the investigation.

An XL Bully is the largest type of American Bully dog.

The British government has published guidelines for identifying XL Bullies, which are not recognized as a separate breed.
