Seneca Falls man arrested after report and investigation into stalking

Seneca Falls Police arrested Connor Hess, 21, of Seneca Falls on June 12 on a stalking complaint.

Hess reportedly repeatedly visited the victim’s home and workplace despite being asked to stop, causing the victim to feel fear and anxiety.

Hess, who met the victim at work, was charged with fourth-degree stalking.

He was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment. An order of protection has been filed for the victim.
