Putnam Valley officer dies in tragic accident

An off-duty Westchester County police officer who lives in Putnam Valley was killed Thursday evening when his Kubota compact tractor overturned and he was ejected. The Putnam Sheriff’s Department identified the victim as Alfred Mosiello, 42, Seifert Lane.
