Station Twelve’s value will drop by $3 million in 2024

Buffalo, New York (WBEN) – Station Twelve’s assessed value drops $3 million following a deal between the city of Amherst and WS Development, according to Buffalo Business First. The city previously valued the land at $21.27 million, while the developer said it was worth $6.59 million, a difference of nearly $15 million. The agreement will go before the Amherst City Council for final approval Monday.

Alexis Weber, principal at Tronconi Segarra & Associates, has been named a 2024 Visionary of the Year by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Western New York. Weber received the honor for his efforts to raise nearly $114,000 for the group during a 10-week fundraising period. .

Gas prices in Buffalo fell for the second week in a row, down three cents to $3.61 per gallon. The national average also drops eight cents this week to $3.45.
