Police investigate fatal accident in southeast Lincoln

LINCOLN, Nebraska (KOLN) – Lincoln Police were called to a fatal crash near South 84th Street and Old Cheney Road on Saturday.

According to LPD, one person is dead and several others injured.

According to LPD, four vehicles were involved in the accident.

Northbound South 84th Street is closed from Old Cheney Road to Augusta Drive while crash investigators work. Southbound traffic on South 84th Street remains open.

LPD asks anyone with information about the accident to call 402-441-6000.
