Police issue Amber Alert for two Quebec children allegedly abducted near Quebec City

QUÉBEC – Police in Quebec have issued an Amber Alert for a two-year-old boy and a three-year-old girl who they say have been kidnapped.

They say Charles and Evelyne Gourgues were kidnapped by 40-year-old Keven Gourgues in St-Vallier, Quebec, about 30 kilometers east of Quebec City.

Gourgues was driving a white 2013 Honda Civic with a black hood and the license plate 53V ACE.

The suspect is described as being 1.70 m tall and weighing 84 kg.

Anyone who sees him or the children is asked to call 911.

An Amber Alert is issued when a child has been reported abducted and is believed to be in danger.
