Fountain Police are asking for help identifying the armed robbery suspect

(FOUNTAIN, Colo.) – The Fountain Police Department (FPD) said it needs the public’s help in identifying a suspect in two armed robberies.

According to FPD, the unidentified man is suspected of committing two armed robberies in Fountain. One was at Walgreens at 7910 Fountain Mesa Road and one at the Circle K at 6480 South Highway 85.

FPD describes the suspect as a white male with a heavy build, tattoos on both forearms and wearing glasses. During the first robbery, the suspect was described as wearing only dark clothing and a black face mask. According to police, during the second robbery the man was wearing a blue “King of Spades” hoodie, blue sweatpants and an orange balaclava with a picture of a lion on his mouth.
