Raymond Carter sentenced to life in prison for child rape | News

HANCOCK COUNTY, OH (WLIO) – A Perrysburg man was sentenced to life in prison without parole for raping a child in Hancock County.

Raymond Carter, 35, was convicted this morning of two counts of rape. He pleaded guilty to the charges at an earlier hearing, as well as to child pornography. The victim was under 10 years old and the offenses began in 2018. Carter faces similar charges in Wood and Franklin counties.
