Duncan Police turned the investigation over to the FBI because the victim and the individual in question were Native American.

Duncan police told Lawton-area television station KSWO that the shooting occurred at around 9:30 p.m. Friday at the Magnolia Manor Apartments. When officers arrived, they found a victim in a doorway who appeared to have died from a gunshot wound. The FBI is investigating a homicide after one person was killed in a shooting at an apartment complex in Duncan Friday night.

Duncan police told Lawton-area television station KSWO that the shooting occurred at the Magnolia Manor Apartments around 9:30 p.m. Friday. When officers arrived, they found a victim in an alleyway who appeared to have died from a gunshot wound.

According to KSWO, police later found a suspect and brought him in for questioning.
