The Portland Trail Blazers ended their summer league session with a 105-95 victory Sunday night over the Houston Rockets at Cox Pavillion in Las Vegas, Nevada.

And they did so without rookie center Donovan Clingan, who sat out.

Forward Kris Murray and Kennedy Chandler led the way for the Blazers (3-2). Murray, who had been struggling in Las Vegas, scored 20 points with nine rebounds.

Chandler led the team with 21 points. Rayan Rupert scored 15 points with four rebounds.

The Rockets (2-3) got 22 points from Trevor Keels.

Portland fell behind 27-20 after one quarter but got rolling by winning the second quarter, 28-13, to lead 48-40 at halftime.

The Blazers shot 42% from the field and hit on just 27.3% (12 of 44) of their three-point attempts.

The Rockets were worse. They shot 39.9% from the field and committed 18 turnovers that the Blazers converted into 17 points.
