Model school principal suspended for dereliction of duty – Telangana Today

According to the order, A Anila was suspended for negligence in discharge of his duties, record keeping and lack of transparency in financial matters.

Mancherial: The principal of Telangana Model School, Lingapur in Dandepalli mandal, has been suspended for dereliction of duty. An order to this effect was issued by the Director of Telangana Model Schools on Saturday.

According to the order, the school’s principal, A. Anila, was suspended for negligence in the performance of his duties, record keeping and lack of transparency in financial matters.

The principal took action against Anila based on a report from the district education officer who investigated the allegations made against her.

The headmistress was previously suspended twice while posted at Telangana Model Schools in Chityal and Budharaopet in Warangal district. Later, she was posted at Lingapur.
