Section of William Few Parkway closed due to gas line break

EVANS, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – A natural gas leak has closed a section of William Few Parkway in Columbia County.

William Few between Washington Road and Riverwood Parkway is closed.

At around 2 p.m. a gas line burst at the corner of William Few Parkway and Washington Road.

The local shopping center is closed and traffic cannot turn right from Washington Road onto William Few.
