We reached out to Autumn for comment and she told TMZ, “This is an attempt at retaliation from a former business partner who sued me in civil court and lost. This isn’t going to get anywhere and I’m in the process of suing her for $500,000 as well so I’m best not saying anything else.”

Daly rose to prominence during the second season of Big Brother… and was the third person to be evicted from the house after nearly three weeks on the reality competition show. Dr. Will Kirby In the end he won the season.
