Now, Buffalo ranks number one for pizza places per capita, more pizza places per person than any other city in America, but what about the world? the United States, even Italy.

Buffalo scored 92 out of 100 in our pizza passion metric based on local search activity on Google, which is 28% higher than the city’s average score of 72.

Buffalo had a chance to win first place overall, but was penalized by a low prize. Buying a weekly cheese pizza costs typical residents 1.91% of their annual income, which is 30% more than the city’s average cost of 1.47%.
