Myrtle Beach police investigate shooting at Waffle House restaurant

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – Myrtle Beach police are investigating a shooting at a Waffle House restaurant.

A WMBF News crew saw several officers in the parking lot of the restaurant in the 700 block of Frontage Road East just before 5 a.m. Saturday morning.

A department spokesman said one person was arrested in connection with the shooting and no injuries were reported.

This is the same Waffle House location that Myrtle Beach police were called to on June 2 for a disturbance involving a customer.
