Illegal migrant “who sexually abused a 13-year-old girl in a New York park three years after crossing the southern border”

A suspected illegal immigrant arrested for raping a 13-year-old girl in a New York park has been photographed for the first time.

According to police, the man approached the girl and a 13-year-old boy in Kissena Corridor Park while swinging a machete.

According to police, he then tied her wrists with shoelaces and then sexually abused the girl.

Fox News reports, citing police sources, that the suspect is an illegal immigrant from Ecuador who entered the United States three years ago via the southern border of the United States.

The man is said to have already committed several minor offenses, including drinking alcohol in public and jumping through subway turnstiles.

One photo showed the suspect being led away by police after the scuffle with locals, shirtless and wearing only one shoe.

The New York Police Department confirmed that a suspect was in custody, but said no further details would be released until formal charges were filed.

The man was arrested after neighbors recognized him in a mug shot, detained him and called 911.

The attack occurred on Thursday about three miles from Citi Field, in the neighborhood of the victim’s school.

The children were approached by a man with a knife and dragged into a forest, police said.

After the attack, he fled with the phones but left behind the shoelaces and a water bottle, which are currently being forensically examined, CBS reported.

Police described the suspect as a Hispanic man in his 20s with braces and a distinctive tattoo of a wild boar with red eyes on his chest.

To track him down, they released video footage of him on a bicycle and offered a $10,000 reward for information.

On Monday, community leaders gathered to demand the installation of cameras in the park and to distribute wanted posters.

The incident has shocked locals and left the park almost deserted in recent days.

“It’s shocking. This park is usually crowded. Parents use it as a waiting area to pick up their children,” local resident Bernard Chow told CBS.
