Three Fremont County residents were indicted by a grand jury on April 30 on two counts of premeditated murder and two counts of first-degree kidnapping.

The charges stem from the discovery of the bodies of 25-year-old Ryan Roth and 36-year-old Rodolfo Santillan-Reyes, both of Fremont County, on February 8, 2022, in the area of ​​mile 10.5 of Phantom Canyon Road (County Road 67).

“Her injuries are consistent with a crime,” said a press release at the time of the discovery.

According to the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office, 45-year-old Anthony Fogle was arrested on May 5 for murder while in federal custody in Englewood. He was also charged with drug and weapons offenses.

Toni Gurule, 41, and Suzzete Salyer, 40, were arrested Saturday by detectives from the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office in Mohave County, Arizona, with assistance from the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team.

“The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office would also like to thank our law enforcement partners in Arizona for their professional and valuable assistance in apprehending suspects Gurule and Salyer,” the FCSO said in a press release. “All parties are awaiting extradition to Fremont County. As portions of this investigation are ongoing, no further information will be released.”
