One dead, another in hospital after accident on Route 220

WILLIAMSPORT, LYCOMING COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — One is dead and another was hospitalized after an accident on Route 220 in Williamsport.

According to the Lycoming County Coroner, around 4:45 p.m., a truck loaded with a trailer overturned on Route 220 at the intersection of Reach Road, killing one man and transporting another to UPMC Williamsport.

The Lycoming County Coroner declared the person thrown from the car dead.
