Three women killed in shooting at private home in Howard County

Police in Howard County, Maryland, are investigating the murder of three women who authorities say were shot by a man before he attempted to take his own life.

Around 10 p.m., officers were called to the 6900 block of Norwood Ferry in Elkridge after neighbors heard gunshots. Inside a home, they found the bodies of three women and two seriously injured men, according to Howard County police.
