Four people were arrested in connection with various charges in northwest Arkansas

Benton County

Tate Kaudy, 25, of 1 Wigan Lane, Bella Vista, was arrested on Tuesday in connection with distributing, possessing or viewing sexually explicit conduct on a child. Kaudy was being held in the Benton County Jail on Wednesday with no bond set.

Rogers

Livet Palma, 27, of 804 N. 16th St. in Rogers, was arrested Tuesday on charges of aggravated battery on a family or household member and domestic violence. Palma was being held in the Benton County Jail on Wednesday and no bail was set.

Alberto Ruiz, 39, of 1218 N.C St. in Rogers, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of aggravated assault. Ruiz was being held in the Benton County Jail Wednesday without bail set.

Washington County

Salvador Arrue-Martinez, 42, of 7079 Jasper St. in Springdale, was arrested Wednesday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member, terroristic threats and third-degree domestic violence. Arrue-Martinez was being held Wednesday at the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $50,000 bail.
