Springfield police say the missing teen has been found safe

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – Springfield Police have confirmed that Springfield teenager Reilly “Bella” Williams has been found safe.

Williams was reported missing on April 29 after she failed to attend Parkview High School that day.

Authorities said they are concerned because even though Bella is 17, police say she has the mental capacity of a 10- to 12-year-old.
