Irv Gotti is being sued by a woman who claims he sexually abused her

Irv Gotti was accused of sexually harassing a woman he allegedly dated a few years ago.

In a report Miami New Times published on Tuesday, July 16, a woman known only as “Jane Doe” filed a lawsuit against the Co-founder of Murder Inc. Records for alleged sexual harassment and abuse in Saint Martin, Miami and Atlanta over two years. The woman claims she met Gotti at a poker tournament in the summer of 2020 through a mutual friend. Afterward, he invited her to vacation in Saint Martin. When they got there, Gotti threatened to send her home if she didn’t have sex with him, according to Doe.

“Due to his power and influence in the music world, she gave in,” the lawsuit states. “As a result of this sexually abusive relationship, Plaintiff suffered severe emotional and psychological harm that required her to be hospitalized in a psychiatric hospital. These injuries continue and affect Plaintiff to this day.”

After that trip, Jane Doe began a relationship with Gotti that lasted until 2022. During that time, she claims Gotti abused her by forcing her to perform sexual acts on him and degrading her. In one instance, Gotti allegedly flew her to Miami in January 2022 and forced her to give him oral sex in the elevator of the Four Season Hotel. A few months later, he flew her to Atlanta and forced her to have oral sex on him while they were traveling in an Uber.

Jane Doe also claims Gotti defamed her on his vast social network after their relationship ended. The victim claims she has “endured significant pain and suffering both mentally and physically and will continue to endure such pain and suffering in the future.” She is currently seeking a jury trial.
