Man shot in apartment complex in Antioch

ANTIOCH – A 34-year-old man was shot and killed in Antioch Thursday night, police said.

The shooting occurred around 7:30 p.m. in an apartment complex in the 600 block of Wilbur Avenue, Antioch police Lt. Desmond Bittner said in a news release.

When officers arrived, they found a man with a fatal gunshot wound near the center of the complex.

Police did not release any further details about the murder or announce any arrests.
