Amber Alert issued for missing Tennessee child

DANDRIDGE, Tennessee – A 7-year-old child is reported missing from Dandridge, Tennessee.

According to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, 7-year-old Serenity Alanna Marie Kinsey was last seen around 1 a.m. Thursday on Indian Creek Road in Dandridge.

An Amber Alert was issued Thursday morning just before 10 a.m.

Kinsey is described as 3 feet tall and 55 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. According to NCMEC, she is autistic and cannot speak.
