Dead Space return officially announced by EA

Dead Space return officially announced by EA

Dead Space is back!

Since the remake of Empty room Fans wanted more. It was an excellent remaster of the original game, retaining all of the brilliance and taking everything to a high level.

We just want more of Isaac and that legendary space armor. That’s not too much to ask.

The latest installment in the Call of Duty series will be released on Xbox Game Pass later this year

Well, Isaac is back, according to EA, and he will appear in Battlefield 2042. EA probably feels left out because all other shooters feature cameos from other characters and franchises, so it decided to include Isaac in its competitive shooter.

According to EA itself, it is a “one-time surprise collaboration: an iconic crossover with the sci-fi survival horror classic Empty room!”

It is not only Isaac’s signature armor that is added to the game, but Battlefield 2042 will host an exclusive event called Outbreak for a week.

“In Outbreak, the squads’ human resilience and ingenuity will be tested as they battle a new and relentless enemy while attempting to escape the Boreas Laboratory.”

It sounds like a great addition to the game and will shake up the usual formula of EA’s shooter.

Of course, players who participate in the free new mode will receive limited edition in-game content, including a new weapon charm, weapon skin, and player card background and tag.

You can also purchase a new bundle containing the Marked Man outfit and three legendary skins for 2200 BFC.

Is this the beginning of EA’s expansion and the introduction of their famous franchises in Battlefield 2042? Considering most live service games have some overlap with games like Fallout and various other IPs, this wouldn’t be a surprise.

Hopefully this is a sign to Dead Space fans that EA has not forgotten us and maybe we will see some movement on a new game or a remake of Dead Space 2.
