Missing person report issued for 3-year-old boy, believed to be on his way to Georgia with his wife

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – A missing person report has been issued for a 3-year-old boy who is believed to be in the company of a woman after he was last seen in Jacksonville on Saturday, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement said.

The boy, Noah Hayes, was last seen in the area of ​​the 8700 block of Belle Rive Boulevard in Jacksonville. He is 3 feet tall and weighs 60 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

According to FDLE, the boy may be traveling with 31-year-old Jasmine Graham in a white 2020 Kia Sportage with Florida license plate “05DWTI.” The vehicle has a sticker on the lower right corner of the rear window.

Authorities said they were last seen traveling north on I-75 and may now be on their way to Georgia.

Graham is 1.75 m tall and weighs 100 kg. She has black hair and brown eyes.
