Pine Bluff police investigating homicide at Village Green Apartment on Saturday

PINE BLUFF, Arkansas – Pine Bluff police are investigating a shooting Saturday night that left one person dead at an apartment complex.

According to investigators, officers were called to the Village Green Apartments shortly before 10 p.m. Saturday after reports of a shooting.

Offers said when they arrived, they discovered the body of 28-year-old Tamar’k Jack, unconscious in one of the apartments, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Jack was pronounced dead shortly thereafter by a Jefferson County coroner.
